Attribution: where your sales really come from
Attribution (/attribution) resolves every order to a channel, paid, organic, AI assistants, email, social, referral and honest direct/unknown, with a choice of model and a CSV export.
What it shows
Every order, resolved from your own order data across paid, organic, AI assistants, email, social, referral, and honest direct/unknown. A coverage panel at the top shows how much of what follows is actually traced to a real source, rather than assumed.
Needs an order source connected (Shopify). Without one, the page shows what to connect instead of guessing.
Choosing a model
A model menu switches how credit is split across the touchpoints in an order's path:
- 1Last click (default): all credit to the final touchpoint before the order.
- 2First touch (pixel): all credit to the first touchpoint seen.
- 3Linear: credit split evenly across every touchpoint.
- 4Position-based (40/20/40): more credit to the first and last touch, less to the middle.
- 5Time decay: more credit the closer a touchpoint is to the order.
- 6Clicks + views: counts view-through impressions alongside clicks.
- 7Full impact (survey-blended): blends in what buyers said in a post-purchase survey.
- Export CSV on this page for the full table.
- Pixel keys and identity binding live in Settings, Connections, not here.
