Vibel Reply: connecting Instagram and your first comment-to-DM campaign
Reply lives at reply.getvibel.com, signed in with the same email as Vibel. Connecting Instagram is one OAuth approval; a first campaign is a trigger, a keyword match, and a reply with a tracked link.
Connecting Instagram
Reply needs its own Instagram connection, separate from any Meta ads connection in Vibel itself, because it is reading comments and DMs rather than ad performance.
- 1Sign in to reply.getvibel.com with the same email you use for Vibel.
- 2In Settings, Connections, start 'Connect Instagram' and approve access on Meta's side.
- 3Only a workspace owner or admin can start this connection; a member without that role sees it unavailable rather than failing partway through.
Your first campaign
A campaign is built from three choices: what triggers it, what counts as a match, and what it replies with.
- 1Start a new campaign and choose the trigger scope: a specific post or reel, any post, or the next reel you publish.
- 2Choose the match: either a list of specific keywords (so only a comment containing one of them fires the reply), or 'any word' so every comment on the trigger gets the same reply with no keyword needed.
- 3Write the reply. This is where the tracked link goes, the thing that lets a sale starting from this DM show up in attribution instead of landing as unexplained direct traffic.
- 4Save and activate the campaign.
Good to know
- Two active campaigns cannot share the same keyword on the same trigger; Reply flags the overlap rather than letting both quietly fire for the same comment.
- A DM sent directly, with no comment at all, can also trigger a reply when the match mode is keyword-based, so the same keyword list covers both paths.
