Exports: CSV downloads and your full data copy
Export a table as CSV from the page that shows it, or download a copy of your whole workspace from Settings > Plans.
What you can export
Several pages carry their own export, so what you download is exactly what you were looking at. Separately, 'Download my data' gives you one CSV copy of your workspace data, with a section for each kind of record, such as watchers.
Export a table
Use the export on the page itself, so the file matches the filters you chose.
- 1Open the page: Attribution, Weekly report (Products > Weekly report), Winback timing (Customers > Winback timing), or Hooks (Creatives > Library > Hooks).
- 2Pick the filters and date range you want first. The export follows what is on screen.
- 3Click 'Export CSV' (on Weekly report it reads '↓ Export CSV'). On Winback timing it reads 'Download CSV for Klaviyo'.
- 4Open the file in a spreadsheet.
- Weekly report exports the view you picked, weekly or monthly.
- Product feeds has 'Download CSV' on its metafield checklist.
Download a copy of everything
The same link sits next to 'Cancel plan', so you can take a copy before you leave. Only an admin of the workspace can download it. To delete your data instead, see 'Data, privacy and deleting your data from Vibel'.
- 1Open Settings > Plans.
- 2Click 'Download my data'.
- 3A CSV file downloads to your computer.
If it does not work
If no download starts, check that your browser did not block it, then try again. If the button is missing, your plan or role may not include that page; ask a workspace admin. Still stuck? Use Settings > Support to tell us which page and which button.
