Email, Telegram & Slack alerts
Turn on alerts, pick which categories you care about, set a minimum severity, and connect Telegram or Slack so the priority feed reaches you where you actually look.
Turn alerts on
Notifications (/settings/notifications) is where you turn on email alerts for a brand: a 404 or checkout problem, an ad spend shift, a stuck shipment, an order that shipped after being cancelled, and more. This is separate from the channel rail further down the page and sends real email today.
Pick categories and severity
Choose which categories you want: site problems, ad spend shifts, fulfillment and delivery, inventory and stock, profit and margin, payments and risk, email and marketing, and creators. Leave none checked and every category is included by default.
Set a minimum severity (critical only, high and up, or everything) and a delivery mode. Only critical alerts can go out the moment they fire; everything else, including critical alerts if you pick daily-only, arrives in a single email once a day rather than hourly.
Connect Telegram
Telegram delivers the same alerts as a chat message. Connect it once and pick Telegram as a delivery channel on the form above.
- Open Settings > Notifications.
- Under Telegram, click "Connect Telegram" to generate a one-time code.
- Open Telegram and message the bot shown on the page with /start <code>.
- Return to Notifications; it now shows Connected.
Connect Slack
Slack delivers alerts into a channel via an incoming webhook, no app install needed on your side beyond the webhook itself.
- In Slack, add an Incoming Webhook for the channel you want alerts in.
- Copy the webhook URL Slack gives you.
- Paste it into the Slack box on Settings > Notifications and save.
The preview
A "Preview: what would reach you" section shows, for each channel you've added, how many of today's open priorities would actually be delivered right now. Nothing is sent, it is a dry run against your current settings.
Good to know
- Picking Telegram or Slack before it is connected quietly falls back to email until you connect it.
- You can add extra generic channels (webhook, SMS) below the main form, each with its own minimum severity.
