Where everything is
The Vibel app map
A tour of the app shell: the icon rail, the Reports panel and its four snapshot collections, and Settings, with a one-line description of every page and where to read more.
How the app is laid out
The left side of Vibel is a narrow icon rail: Home, Reports, Team, Inbox, Tools and Settings. Clicking Reports opens a panel next to the rail with four collections, Marketing, Store, Customers and Money, each opening on its own snapshot page. This page is the map: one line per destination so you can find where a feature lives. Deeper guides for each are linked from the categories on the docs home.
Home
Home (/) is what needs you today: your team, what to do now, today's priorities, pace to goal and your morning brief.
Your team (/team): the specialist personas layer over the watcher and command engine, so alerts read like they come from a media buyer, a CS lead or an inventory planner.
What to do now (/coach): ranked plain-language actions across inventory, ads, products and returns, ordered by urgency.
Priorities, on Home: the ranked, still-open watcher firings, the actual priority feed. See the "Priority feed" guide for how an item resolves.
Pace to goal and Morning brief, both on Home: progress against your monthly revenue goal, and the daily plain-English summary.
Tasks (/tasks): native tasks, both from watcher actions and manual, with an overdue nag.
History (/history): every watcher firing and how it resolved, the record the open priority feed hides.
Reports panel: Marketing
Snapshot (/marketing): how your marketing is doing right now, the collection's own landing page.
Channels (/channels): per-channel metric grids plus a blended row, each metric with its delta vs the previous window, and the diagnosis for why ROAS moved.
Creatives (/analytics/creatives): which ad is actually winning.
Ads waste (/ads-waste): Performance Max search-term waste flagged with a ready negative-keyword list.
Competitor ads (/analytics/competitor-ads): what competitors are running.
Events (/events): pixel and checkout-signal health, how much of your real order count tracking actually captured.
Attribution (/attribution): where orders came from.
Journeys (/journeys): the customer path across sessions and channels before a sale.
Email & SMS (/email): the flows-vs-campaigns split Klaviyo never shows in one place, with an advice card when one side is dormant.
Organic social (/social): organic performance across your connected social accounts.
SEO studio (/seo): the rank-to-1 loop in one place, plus AI visibility.
Promo planner (/promos): plan and prep for a sale before it starts.
Reports panel: Store
Snapshot (/store): how revenue is trending, and revenue by country on the same page.
Weekly report (/analytics/weekly): the classic weekly/monthly figures sheet rebuilt live, with CSV export.
Products (/products): every product view in one table, winners, losers, best sellers, margin by SKU and losing money are presets on this same page (?view=winners|losers|bestsellers|margin|losing-money) rather than separate pages. `losers` ranks by revenue change (what is shrinking); `losing-money` ranks by contribution margin (what is unprofitable) - two different questions.
Moments (/analytics/moments): notable single-day spikes and dips explained.
Shipping (/operations): what's stuck in fulfilment and shipment status. Tickets live in the inbox.
Inbox (/inbox): its own icon on the rail, not the Store panel, see "Reports panel: Store" note below. What customers need from you right now, with spam/trash/unread and bulk triage.
Reorder & stock (/stock): what you need to reorder and when, from the stockout forecast.
Purchase orders (/purchase-orders): drafted and sent POs.
Rebalance stock (/rebalance): move stock between warehouses or markets before one runs out while another sits full.
Reports panel: Customers
Snapshot (/customers): who your customers are.
Cohorts & LTV (/analytics/cohorts): your true ROAS once repeat purchases count, as a cohort heatmap.
Winback timing (/analytics/winback): when to re-engage a lapsed customer.
Reviews (/reviews): what customers are saying.
Creators (/creators): who actually sells, attributed by discount code or UTM, with revenue vs what each creator costs.
B2B finder (/b2b): your stockists' shared brands point at retailers who carry the same brands but not you yet.
Reports panel: Money
Business health (/analytics/health): the one verdict, are you actually making money, shown first because everything else here is detail feeding that verdict.
Cash & costs (/operating-costs): your real recurring bills by category, plus shipping reconciliation against carrier invoices.
Payouts & returns (/finance): whether payouts match what you expect, plus the last 90 days of returns by SKU and reason. This is also where the older /analytics/returns page now lives.
Leaks & reconciliation (/analytics/reconciliation): where revenue is leaking, and whether stored ad-spend numbers match what the platforms themselves report.
Team, Inbox and Tools, on the rail
Team (/team) and Inbox (/inbox) each get their own icon on the rail rather than sitting inside the Reports panel, since they are used daily rather than checked periodically.
Tools, on the rail, opens a small flyout: Product feeds (/feeds) and Locale drift (/locale-drift), the feed and catalog tooling.
Lab (admin and owner only)
Lab sits at the bottom of the Reports panel and is hidden unless you are an admin or owner. It holds testing and heavier tooling not everyone on a team needs day to day: Incrementality tests (/analytics/incrementality), Product testing (/testing, dropshipping stores), Creative studio (/creative) and its sub-pages (teardowns, B-roll library, UGC briefs, element library), Swipe file (/swipes), Benchmarks (/benchmarks), Product-fix signals (/analytics/product-fixes), Calculators (/tools), Command (/command), Workers (/workers), Portfolio (/portfolio) and Digest (/digest).
Settings
Settings, on the rail, opens a flyout for Brand (/settings/brand) and Team & access (/settings/team), plus a link into the full Settings area (/settings) for everything else: Connections, Web tracking, Costs and cost groups, Notifications, Watchers, Warehouses, AI visibility, AI usage, Plans & billing, API access and Refer Vibel, Vibel's own referral program, distinct from your brand's own affiliates.
