Connect your Shopify store
Connect Shopify to start the flow of orders, refunds and products into Vibel. This is the backbone connection every other feature builds on.
Why Shopify first
Shopify is the backbone. Orders, refunds and products from your store feed almost every surface in Vibel: the dashboard, the weekly report, cohorts, creators, drops and true-profit economics.
Connect it
Go to Settings, then Connections. Shopify connects with one click.
- Open Settings > Connections.
- Find Shopify at the top of the connectable sources and start the one-click connect.
- Approve the install on Shopify's side.
- You are returned to Connections and Shopify shows as connected.
Good to know
- Tokens are encrypted in Vault and never stored in the app.
- You can connect more than one store; each market is its own connection.
After connecting
Vibel starts its first sync in the background. See the "Your first sync" guide for what to expect and roughly how long it takes.
