Data, privacy and deleting your data from Vibel

Vibel only holds data from sources you or your team connected. Business records (orders, revenue, ad spend) follow your plan's own history length, unlimited where your plan says unlimited, because that is your own commercial history and Vibel is a processor for it, not the decision-maker.

Personal and identifying data is different: identity bindings (which visitor is which email) are capped at two years from last activity regardless of plan, and raw pixel events a little longer than that, specifically so a long report never hits a hole in the middle of its own window. Past that point the data has no decision left it could inform, so it ages out on its own rather than being kept indefinitely 'just in case'.

The fast option: Settings, Connections, remove the connection (Meta, Google Ads, whichever source). Vibel stops reading from it immediately, deletes the stored access credentials, and removes that source's synced performance data from your workspace.

There is no self-service 'delete my account' button yet. Email the privacy address on the data-deletion page from the address on your account, and the whole workspace, its connections, stored credentials and synced data are deleted within 30 days, with confirmation once it is done. Backups age out automatically within 30 days after that.
