Coach (/coach) is a ranked action feed that aggregates every signal Vibel watches - stock risk, unprofitable channels, metric drops, high-return SKUs, and dropshipping test results - into plain-language steps ordered by urgency.
What Coach shows
Coach (/coach) collects up to 12 actions from across the whole platform and surfaces them in one prioritized list. No data science required - each card says what is happening, why it matters, and exactly what to do.
It draws from six signal types: SKUs out of stock right now, SKUs forecast to stock out before a reorder can arrive, dropshipping products with KILL verdicts, ad channels spending more than they return after product cost, meaningful week-over-week metric drops, and high-return-rate SKUs (20% or higher with at least 2 returns).
Severity and ordering
Each action is marked high (red), medium (amber), or low (green). High means money is being lost right now - an out-of-stock SKU, a channel in the red, or a metric that dropped 25% or more. Medium covers approaching risks and smaller drops. Low covers scale opportunities.
Actions are sorted by severity first, then by area: inventory, products, ads, returns, then trend. Within the same severity level, inventory problems come first because they stop revenue the fastest.
Good to know
- If the feed is empty, Vibel shows a green 'You are in good shape' state. Check back tomorrow.
- Coach uses the last 30 days of data.
- Connect Shopify and your ad platforms to get the full picture. A partially connected store will only surface the signals it has data for.
