The Reports panel and its snapshots
Reports opens a panel with four collections, Marketing, Store, Customers and Money. Each collection opens on its own Snapshot page, a one-screen answer to "how is this part of the business doing", with the detail pages underneath it.
One snapshot per collection
Clicking the Reports icon on the rail opens a panel next to it with four collections: Marketing, Store, Customers and Money. Each collection opens on a Snapshot page, its landing page, built to answer one broad question at a glance before you drill into a specific detail page.
Marketing's snapshot (/marketing) answers how marketing is doing right now. Store's snapshot (/store) answers how revenue is trending, broken out by country on the same page. Customers' snapshot (/customers) answers who your customers are. Money's landing page is Business health (/analytics/health), the one verdict on whether you are actually making money, shown first because every other Money page is detail feeding that verdict.
Why a snapshot first
Each detail page under a collection, Channels, Products, Cohorts & LTV, Cash & costs and the rest, answers one narrower question. The snapshot exists so you are never forced to already know which detail page has the answer: it is the entry point that tells you where to look next.
A fifth collection, Lab, sits at the bottom of the panel for admins and owners only. It holds testing and heavier tooling (incrementality tests, the product-test board, creative studio, benchmarks, Command, Portfolio) that most day-to-day roles do not need.
Good to know
- The panel remembers whether you left it open or closed, and forces itself open whenever you are already on a page inside it.
- See the "Vibel app map" guide for the full page-by-page list inside each collection.
